Fulfillment Times
- In-stock items: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Barcelona time) Monday through Friday are fulfilled the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
- Note: During peak seasons or high-demand drops, please allow 1-2 days for us to pack your order.

Because we ship globally from Europe, your order may be subject to local customs fees depending on where you live.
- European Union: No customs or import duties. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

We move fast to get orders out the same day. While we will do absolutely everything we can to update your details, if the order has already been processed by the warehouse, we won't be able to change it.
