Shipping

All our shippings are done via premium couriers (like UPS and DPD) and include tracking, a short travel time and insurance. We offer home and office delivery as well as service point delivery.

Once placed, your order will be ready to ship in 1-2 business days. 

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. In case of absence, the courier will reach out to you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.

In case you want to edit your order or shipping address after you have placed your order, contact us at help@aserejebrand.com as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address may incur an additional cost depending on the destination.

If a shipment is rejected for some reason, the customer will be responsible for any extra costs and taxes / duties generated due to the return of the package. Please note that amount will be deducted from the refund.

Although we work hard to ship all orders as fast as possible, we are a small team and sometimes the time to prepare your order might be longer. If that's the case, we will contact you to find the best solution! :)

 

International orders outside the European Union:

  1. Taxes and Duties: Customers placing orders from countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by their respective governments. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their local import regulations and taxes before placing an order.

  2. Non-Payment of Taxes: In the event that a customer refuses to pay the required taxes or duties imposed by their government, the package may be returned to us. If this occurs, the customer will be eligible for a refund of the order price, excluding any shipping charges incurred. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the fee imposed on us by the courier for returning the package.

  3. Refund Deduction: When processing a refund for a returned package due to non-payment of taxes or customs duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee imposed on us by the courier from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method.

  4. Shipping Delays: Please be aware that customs processing times and international shipping can sometimes cause delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in such situations.

  5. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable and is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or other customer-related issues, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
