Fulfillment Times
- In-stock items: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Barcelona time) Monday through Friday are fulfilled the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
- Note: During peak seasons or high-demand drops, please allow 1-2 days for us to pack your order.

Because we ship all orders globally directly from Spain, your order may be subject to local customs fees depending on where you live.
- Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Australia & Switzerland: All taxes and duties are 100% included in the price. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. No extra or hidden fees.
- Rest of the World: Shipments to countries not listed above may incur local taxes and import duties at customs.

Address changes & Order edits
Need to change your shipping address or edit your order?
Edits can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Please make any changes directly on your order confirmation page, which you can access by clicking on "View your order" in your order confirmation email.

We move fast to get orders out the same day. Because of this, any edits past the 1-hour window cannot be processed by our customer care team. Once an order has shipped, it is also out of our hands and we cannot make updates. However, some couriers will allow you to update delivery details if you contact them directly using your tracking number.
