If a prepaid label is not available for your country, you will need to ship the package yourself with tracking and insurance, and ensure all deliveries and duties are paid. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our warehouse. We strongly advise using registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.

How do “Instant Returns & Exchanges” work?
No waiting around. Once you fill in the returns form, we either process your refund or ship your exchange straight away.

Do you refund the original shipping cost?
We normally don't refund the shipping cost paid when placing the order. As a small independent brand, shipping is one of the biggest costs we take on, so we refund the full value of the returned items only. We will refund the complete order in the case the product was defective.
Can I exchange for a completely different item?
Yes, totally. You’re not limited to size exchanges. You can use your credit on anything else in the shop. If the new item costs more, you can just pay the difference on the spot.
Do I need a printer for the return label?
It depends on your country and the carrier available. When you complete the return in our portal, we’ll clearly tell you if it’s printer-less (QR code) or if you’ll need to print a label.
What if I no longer have the original packaging?
No worries. We prefer the original packaging when possible to reduce waste, but any secure box or shipping bag works. Just make sure the items are well protected and that any old labels are removed or covered.
