Return costs by country
We are a small team and returns involve processing, restocking, quality checks and logistics. That's why we apply a fixed return cost by country and initial shipping is not refunded. But choosing store credit as a refund method reduces your return fee by 5€.

If a prepaid label is not available for your country, you will need to ship the package yourself with tracking and insurance, and ensure all deliveries and duties are paid. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our warehouse. We strongly advise using registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.
