RETURNS

At ASEREJE we want you to fall in love with everything you receive from us, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the items. Just remember:

- Returns must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.

- The product must be unused & in the same condition in which it was delivered, and must retain its original labelling.

- The return must be made using the same packaging in which the order was received to protect the product.

If your return meets all of the above, fill out the form below, we will send you a shipping label to proceed with shipping.

We offer the possibility of returning your item without paying the return costs by receiving store credit for the value of the returned item(s). The store credit does not expire, and can be used to buy any product(s) on our website. By choosing this refund method, the original shipping payment will be reimbursed.

Due to the various expenses associated with the return process, including processing, restocking, quality checks, and logistics, we have implemented a fixed return cost for all returns. By implementing a return cost, we aim to offer you a straightforward and standardized return experience. This approach eliminates uncertainties related to varying return shipping costs and enables us to maintain a high level of service for all our customers. We understand that returns are a natural part of online shopping, and our goal is to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you. This cost will vary depending on the country from where the return is issued. This will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. The costs are as follows:

Spain & Portugal (Mainland): €5

Europe 1 (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark & Belgium), Spanish Islands and United Kingdom: €12

Europe 2 (Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria and Czechia): €15

Europe 3 (Other Countries): €25

Rest of the World: Return in charge of the customer

If a prepaid label cannot be provided for your country, you will be responsible for covering the return costs as mentioned above. You will need to ship the package yourself and provide tracking, insurance, and ensure all deliveries and duties are paid. You are responsible for your return until the parcel reaches our warehouse. We strongly advise you to use registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.

Please, bear in mind that the original shipping payment will not be reimbursed. 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to check they are in their original condition and process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that if your item does not pass the check, you’ll be notified and the items will be sent back to you at your cost. PayPal and credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days to be credited. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply only to the original purchase price of the items.

RETURNS (preorder items)

Returns for preorder items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Refunds for preordered product returns will only be issued in the form of store credit, which you can use for future purchases. The store credit does not expire, and can be used to buy any product(s) on our website. With this refund method, the original shipping payment will not be reimbursed.

You can also make one product or size change by mail at no additional cost. From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to register your change request through the form above. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Once the product(s) are on their way to our warehouse, another order number will be generated and shipped within our usual delivery times.

 

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED IN BAD CONDITION

In case your order has not arrived in good condition, please contact us in the first 48 hours of receiving your order with photos or videos, so we can process the return as fast as possible. If more than 48 hours have gone by, we won't be able to accept the return.
